§ 73.46 PERMITTED OPERATION OF GOLF CART.
   The operation of a golf cart upon any city street is permitted only as specifically authorized by this chapter. Any person who operates a golf cart in violation of the regulations set forth in this chapter shall be subject to penalty as set forth herein.
