Sec. 48-11A. Disposal of garbage or solid waste in another’s container.

   A person must not dispose of garbage or solid waste in an approved container for storage of solid waste owned, rented by or maintained by another without first obtaining written consent from the owner or rightfully intended user, or under the personal direction of the owner or rightfully intended user.
