The council shall fix and enforce a uniform schedule of fees for licensing any class of business or enterprise as it may deem necessary, or the county executive by regulation, adopted under method (3) of section 2A-15 of this Code, may establish such fees, not to exceed the reasonable costs of licensing and enforcement. All fees so determined shall be collected and paid over to the director of finance for the use of the county. (Mont. Co.
