(a) Containers. Garbage shall be kept in watertight metal containers with tight-fitting covers. They shall be emptied at frequent intervals and shall be thoroughly scoured and aired before using again.
(b) Burning. Infectious waste materials shall be burned on the premises. Other garbage may also be burned if no satisfactory garbage collection service is available. If burning is the method used for disposal of garbage, an approved incinerator shall be available for the purpose. Wire baskets are not acceptable for they constitute a fire hazard.
(c) Storage space. Storage space should be provided for garbage and trash awaiting pickup. (Mont. Co. Code 1965, § 89-41.)
