The county health officer is hereby authorized to post placards or warning signs on the premises on which a person is infected with a communicable disease dangerous to public health. (Mont. Co. Code 1965, § 88-3; 1972 L.M.C., ch. 16, § 13; 2015 L.M.C., ch. 8, § 1.)
