(a) Information and access. After an owner makes an offer to sell a rental property under this chapter, within seven (7) days of a request, the owner must give to the county, its designated housing agency, or the tenant organization:
(1) The following types of information:
(i) Architectural plans and specifications;
(ii) Engineering plans and specifications;
(iii) Estimates for repairs or capital improvements;
(iv) Management and maintenance expense data for the prior two (2) years;
(v) Operating budgets;
(vi) Rent roll;
(vii) Surveys; and
(viii) Utility consumption and expense data for the prior two (2) years.
(2) Access for inspection of the rental property.
(b) Confidentiality. The county, its designated housing agency, or a tenant organization must keep confidential the information that it receives from an owner. (1985 L.M.C., ch. 39, § 1.)
