11-1-5: SCOPE OF REGULATIONS:
   A.   Contiguous Parcels: When two (2) or more parcels of land, each of which lacks adequate area and dimensions to qualify for a permitted use under the requirements of the use district in which they are located, are contiguous and are held in one ownership, at the time of construction, such lots shall be considered a single lot.
   B.   Existing Building Permits: Any building permit for a building or structure that does not conform with the provisions of this title that was issued prior to the date of adoption of this title shall be valid for a period of one year from the date of issuance. No extension or reissuance of a building permit for such buildings or structures shall be granted unless the construction has begun and is partially completed or the proposed building or structure or use is in full compliance with the provisions of this title.
