10-1-1: SHORT TITLE:

This chapter shall be known and may be cited as the OFFICIAL COMPREHENSIVE PLAN AND MAP ORDINANCE. (Ord. 461, 4-13-1977)

10-1-2: PURPOSE:

It is the purpose of this chapter:

   A.   To adopt and designate an official map.

   B.   To adopt and designate other standards governing future development and redevelopment of the village.

   C.   To adopt, establish and help implement an official comprehensive plan.

   D.   To provide for the filing of copies of such maps and standards in the office of the village clerk and recorder of deeds of Will County for the information of the public. (Ord. 461, 4-13-1977)
