A. Preambles Incorporated: The preambles set forth in ordinance 981 on file in the office of the village clerk are incorporated herein as if set forth in full.
B. Amended Plan And Maps Adopted: The proposed amended comprehensive plan and maps with and without airport scenario, attached to ordinance 981 on file in the office of the village clerk, of the corporate area of the village of Monee and contiguous unincorporated area, entitled "future land use map without airport scenario" and "future land use map with airport scenario", is hereby adopted and designated as the official amended comprehensive plan and maps of the village of Monee, pursuant to authority granted by 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/11-12-6 et seq.
C. Declaration Of Amendment: The official comprehensive plan and maps of the village heretofore adopted, and any amendments thereto, are hereby declared to be amended hereby.
D. Original Ordinance Amended 1 : Ordinance 461 entitled "an ordinance adopting an official comprehensive plan, official map and standards governing the development of the village of Monee" is hereby amended by the adoption of the new official comprehensive plan and maps, with and without airport scenario, as set forth on exhibit A attached to ordinance 981 on file in the office of the village clerk, and made a part hereof. All other provisions of said ordinance shall remain in full force and effect.
E. Separability: Any provisions of this ordinance held invalid shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
F. Recording, Effective Date: The village clerk is directed to record a certified copy of this section with the recorder of deeds of Will County, upon its adoption, and this section shall become effective upon the expiration of ten (10) days after the date of said recording. (Ord. 981, 7-23-1997)

A. Amendment To The Village Of Monee Comprehensive Plan: The west sector growth management plan dated October 30, 2009, prepared by Teska Associates, Inc., is hereby adopted in its entirety and identified by the following stamp:
Adopted by reference as part of the Comprehensive Plan and Map Ordinance of the Village of Monee, Will County, Illinois.
The west sector growth management plan is attached to the ordinance codified herein and made a part of this section.
B. Availability Of Copies: The west sector growth management plan shall be available for inspection by interested persons. (Ord. 1521, 12-9-2009)
