This official comprehensive plan and map chapter, and such maps and standards this chapter may adopt by reference, and any amendment thereof, shall become effective following:
A. Compliance with the procedural steps and requirements for adopting amendments set forth in section 10-1-8 of this chapter;
B. Passage, approval and publication of ordinance 461, codified in this chapter, as provided by law;
C. Filing of a notice of such adoption with the county recorder of deeds; and
D. Expiration of ten (10) days following such filing. (Ord. 461, 4-13-1977)
