A. Plan: The plan attached to ordinance 461, on file in the office of the village clerk, entitled general development plan, is hereby adopted and designated as the official comprehensive plan of the village of Monee, Illinois. (Ord. 461, 4-13-1977; amd. 1999 Code)
B. Map: The official map of the corporate area of the village and contiguous unincorporated area, attached to ordinance 461, on file in the office of the village clerk, is hereby adopted and designated as the official map of the village of Monee.
C. Contents Of Map: Such map may show existing and proposed: 1) thoroughfares and other public ways; 2) natural watercourses; 3) stormwater drainage, sanitary sewerage and water supply systems and related appurtenances; 4) sites of parks, schools and other public grounds; 5) future annexations, and recommended zoning; and 6) building setbacks along streets and watercourses. No proposed capital improvement shall be depicted on the official map unless the public agency having jurisdiction has committed itself by official action to its intended acquisition of the designated sites, as to their approximate location and area.
