10-1-11: PENALTY:
A violator of any provisions of this chapter shall be subject to penalty as provided in section 1-4-1 of this code. Each day a violation is committed or is permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense. (Ord. 461, 4-13-1977; amd. 1999 Code)
