3-7-1: DUTY TO MAINTAIN FIREFIGHTING APPARATUS:
It shall be the duty of every person owning or operating a lumberyard to have the same equipped with sufficient firefighting apparatus to handle any small fires which may start and to prevent their spreading. (Ord. 608, 10-8-1986)
3-7-2: MANNER OF PILING LUMBER:
It shall be unlawful to pile any lumber in a lumberyard in such a way that the lumber is hanging over, or in danger of falling onto any adjoining property, street, alley or public way. (Ord. 608, 10-8-1986)
3-7-3: INSPECTION REQUIRED:
It shall be the duty of the fire chief to inspect or cause to be inspected, every lumberyard established in the village to ensure compliance with this chapter. (Ord. 608, 10-8-1986; amd. 1999 Code)
