§ 95.09 MONUMENT; FOUNDATION.
   Foundations for monuments, markers, mausoleums, and the like are to be at least six inches larger than the base of memorials and finished two inches below grade. Foundations must be of adequate depth to ensure proper support.

§ 95.10 MONUMENT; FAMILY LOTS.
   Family monuments may be used only on lots of four, lots of eight, or in designated areas of the cemetery where lots of two are approved. Family monuments when set in the middle of the lot shall be centered on a line eleven feet from the lot line. Monuments set other than in the center of the lot must first be approved by the Park and Recreation Director.

§ 95.11 MARKER PLACEMENT.
   (A)   Individual grave markers shall be placed at the front of the grave and shall be used only in areas of the cemetery designated by the Parks and Recreation Director.
   (B)   Individual grave markers shall be centered on a line one foot from the lot line, except that no marker or its base (if two pieces) exceeding 17 inches height shall first be approved by the Parks and Recreation Director.

§ 95.12 TOMB CONSTRUCTION APPROVAL.
   Mausoleums or tombs, either wholly or partially above ground, shall be constructed only on lots designated by the Parks and Recreation Director. Plans, specifications, and location of a mausoleum or tomb on a lot are subject to the approval of the Public Works Director.

§ 95.13 VAULT SPECIFICATION.
   All burials shall be within a vault and such vault shall be constructed of cement or a material approved by the Parks and Recreation Director.
