§ 95.01 GENERALLY.
   The cemetery owned and operated by the city and known as the “Milbank Cemetery” shall be governed, managed, and operated under the rules and regulations which are adopted in this chapter. The Parks and Recreation Director shall be in charge of all aspects of the cemetery.
