§ 95.02 PRICE OF LOTS AND LOT PREPARATION FEE.
   The governing body of the city shall, by resolution, establish the purchase price of cemetery lots. A lot preparation fee at an amount established by resolution by the governing body of the city shall be charged when a grave is opened for a burial, disinterment, or entombment.
