Monuments and markers set in the cemetery must be set by competent personnel in the trade, be approved by the Parks and Recreation Director, and must be installed in conformity with cemetery standards and in accordance with the trade standards of proper methods of handling and setting. If any fault resulting from improper setting develops within five years from the date of placement in the cemetery, such fault shall be rectified by the dealer without cost to the city or lot owner. All such installations must be done as rapidly as possible and, upon completion of the work, all rubbish shall be removed. Any person or persons engaged in such work shall be held responsible for any damage to monument, marker, trees, driveways, or any other things in the cemetery.
