§ 95.06 MONUMENT; ERECTION AUTHORITY.
   (A)   The lot owner shall have the right to have erected any proper stones or monuments, except that no slab shall be set in any other than a horizontal position.
   (B)   No vault shall be built entirely or partially above ground without permission on the governing body of the city, after consultation with the Parks and Recreation Director, and all monuments and parts of vaults above ground shall be cut stone, granite, or marble.
   (C)   Memorials, even for temporary use, of cement, artificial stone, composition, wood, tin, or iron shall not be permitted. There shall be no less than a six-inch cement wash around all such stones or monuments.
