§ 54.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any of the prohibitions or provisions of §§ 54.001 through 54.054 any section of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Unless otherwise specified in the particular section for which the person stands convicted of violating, the penalty for the violation shall be in any amount not to exceed $1,000 and/or imprisonment for any length of time not to exceed three months, in the discretion of the court.

   (C)   Whenever any section of §§ 54.001 through 54.054 shall declare a nuisance, a violation of that section shall be penalized by a fine of not more than $1,000, in which case a new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of the failure to comply.

   (D)    Whenever a nuisance exists as defined in §§ 54.001 through 54.054, the city may proceed by a suit in equity to enjoin and abate the same, in the manner provided by law. Whenever, in any action, it is established that a nuisance exists, the court may, together with the fine or penalty imposed, enter an order of abatement as a part of the judgment in the case.

   (E)   Any person violating the provision of §§ 54.065 and 54.066 shall, upon conviction, be punished by a fine of not less than $10 nor more than $100.

   (F)   Any person who shall violate or refuse to comply with the enforcement of any of the provisions of §§ 54.080 through 54.135, set forth at full length herein or incorporated by reference, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined not more than $100 for each offense. A new violation shall be deemed to have been committed every 24 hours of the failure to comply.
