(A) The plat of blocks nine, ten, eleven, and twelve of Memorial Park Cemetery, prepared by the Board of Cemetery Trustees of the city cemeteries, located directly north of blocks one and two of the Memorial Park Cemetery and containing approximately five acres in the southwest quarter of section 19 of township three, north, range 29 west of the sixth principal meridian, in Red Willow County, such tract being approximately one-half of the tract conveyed to the city by Thomas J. Wilkins, is approved by the City Council, and that tract of land specified by the plat shall be designated as the First Addition to Memorial Park Cemetery. One copy of the plat shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County, one copy shall be filed with the City Clerk, and one copy shall be furnished to the Cemetery Sexton.
(B) The plat of blocks 13, 14, 15, and 16 of Memorial Park Cemetery, prepared by the Board of Cemetery Trustees of the city cemeteries, located directly north of blocks nine, ten, 11, and 12 of the Memorial Park Cemetery and containing approximately five acres in the southwest quarter of section 19 of township three, north, range 29 west of the sixth principal meridian, in Red Willow County, the tract being approximately one-half of the tract conveyed to the city by Thomas J. Wolkins, as approved by the City Council, and that tract of land specified by the plat shall be designated as the First Addition to Memorial Park Cemetery. One copy of the plat shall be recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of the County, one copy shall be filed with the City Clerk, and one copy shall be furnished to the Cemetery Sexton.
