The Public Works Director shall have the authority to designate the area or areas within the cemetery in which grave spaces or lots shall be currently sold. When all lots within the area or areas have been sold, the Public Works Director shall proceed to designate additional areas. The Public Works Director shall prepare a plat of the cemeteries showing the boundaries of the area or areas within which lots are currently being sold, and also showing the individual lots therein.
