The city reserves the right to remove all equipment and effects of any lessee immediately after the expiration of the lease, and the removal shall be at the expense of the lessee. No city equipment or property in the Auditorium shall be removed therefrom nor shall any property be loaned to anyone except under the direct supervision and authority of the City Manager or City Clerk.
