§ 54.066 HOURS OF OPERATION.
   The public parks of the city shall be open daily to the public during the hours of 6:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. of any one day. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons (other than city personnel conducting city business therein) to occupy or be present in the public parks of the city during any hours in which the public parks are not open to the public, provided, however, that the City Manager may extend, by permit, the hours for the use of public park facilities to groups, associations or organizations desiring to use the public parks facilities for a particular purpose.
