§ 54.065 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PUBLIC PARKS. Includes, but is not limited to, the following public parks and trails of the city:

   (A)   Felling Field Park;

   (B)   Elk City Park;

   (C)   Barnett Park;

   (D)   McCook Jaycee Ball Park Complex;

   (E)   Russell Park;

   (F)   Kelley Park;

   (G)   Norris Park;

   (H)   Karrer Park;

   (I)   “A” Street Park; and

   (J)   Walking Trail extending from Kelley Park to Karrer Park.
