GENERAL PROVISIONS
§ 98.01 FEEDING OF DUCKS, GEESE AND OTHER WATERFOWL ON RIVERWALK PROHIBITED.
   It shall be a nuisance to feed any ducks, geese, waterfowl or other birds on any city owned property or rights-of-way, including the riverwalk, unless there is posted signage by the Marion Park Board directing such feeding to an authorized feeding area. Code Enforcement Officers, or any law enforcement officer or Mayor’s designee, may issue a citation for such offense and the fine shall be as determined by § 10.99 plus court costs. No additional notice to the offender shall be required.

STREET SWEEPING
§ 98.20 PURPOSE AND INTENT.
   It is declared that the purpose of this subchapter is to provide for the removal of vehicles along city streets to allow for the sweeping of streets by making it unlawful for a person to park any vehicle on a public street within the city for such times, such days and under such circumstances as described in this subchapter from April 1 to October 1 of each year as posted.
