All street cut in right-of-way specifications which exceed 300 square feet in dimension, shall not be applicable to this contract.
Prices are subject to annual review.
Due to any increase of cost in materials, the contractor is to submit a letter to the Board of Works from the supplier for additional cost.
The contractor shall give the city and county residents preference as employees.
The City Board of Public Works and Safety shall take new bids annually.
This agreement shall be performed by the contractor in accordance with the rules and regulations set out in § 98.39.
