For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
AUTHORIZED EMPLOYEE. Any individual of the Code Enforcement or Marion Police Department having enforcement powers so designated to enforce this chapter.
HANDICAP PARKING. A permanent handicap parking space so posted with a handicap parking sign.
STREETS. The real estate within the city which is controlled or occupied by the city or state for the use of parking or travel.
VEHICLE. Any machine designed to travel along the ground by use of wheels, treads, runners or similar devices used to transport person, property or pull machinery, including but not limited to the following: automobiles, motorcycles, trucks, trailers, tractors or boats.
