§ 98.36 SIDEWALK CLEANING.
   Every person owning or occupying any real estate shall maintain the sidewalk, lawn space and that portion lying between the curb line and the property line free from litter and shall not sweep or remove litter from the sidewalk into the gutter and streets, nor permit the presence of any obstruction, danger or inconvenience. Any person who violates this section shall be deemed to have committed an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined as determined in § 10.99. Each day a violation of this section continues constitutes a separate offense.
