§ 31.33 SERGEANT-AT-ARMS.
   The Chief of Police or some officer chosen by him or her may be requested to attend all meetings of the Common Council, and such officer or patrolman attending such Council meeting shall be the sergeant-at-arms of such meeting to preserve order and carry out orders of the presiding officer.
