§ 31.32 OVERRIDING VETO OF MAYOR.
   No ordinance, order or resolution of the Common Council which has been vetoed by the Mayor shall become law unless at its next meeting after the time named for the Mayor's action, the Common Council shall again pass the same by a two-thirds vote of the members-elect.
