§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter, for which no penalty is otherwise provided, shall be punished as provided in § 10.99. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
   (B)   The conviction and punishment of anyone transacting business without a license shall not excuse or exempt the person from paying license fees which are due at the time of conviction.
