§ 110.02 APPLICATION AND OATH.
   Every person engaged in any trade, business, occupation, or profession for which a license is imposed by this chapter shall, at the time of procuring a license, make application to the Mayor and shall state under oath or affirmation facts applicable to the license. The Mayor, on receipt of the payment for the license, shall issue the license to the applicant with a certificate of payment, stating the particular kind of license issued and the amount paid therefor.
