Every person licensed under provisions of this chapter shall exhibit his or her license at all times, while in force, in some conspicuous part of his or her place of business, and shall produce the same when applying for a renewal, or when requested to produce it by any municipal officer or member of the Police Department. Every peddler, while engaged in peddling, shall carry his or her license and shall exhibit it if requested to do so by any municipal officer.
