§ 110.06 RATE AND DURATION.
   (A)   All licenses, except as otherwise provided, shall date from July 1 or January 1 preceding the date of their issue, and be issued for one year from either of the aforesaid dates, except for theaters, concert halls, places of amusement, public ballrooms, entertainment, performances, or exhibitions for which licenses may be issued for one year or any shorter time.
   (B)    Licenses applied for at times other than specified will be on a prorated basis for the licensing period.
