The Mayor shall revoke the license of any licensee who:
(A) Violates any provisions of this chapter, or any law relating to licensing of his or her business or occupation;
(B) Knowingly permits or suffers his or her agent or employee to violate this chapter’s provisions or other licensing laws relating to his or her business or occupation; or
(C) Is involved in moral turpitude.
