1301.05 LEGAL LIABILITY.

Any legal action instituted against any officer or employee of the Bureau predicated upon an act or acts performed by him in the lawful discharge of his duties under the provisions of this chapter shall be defended by the Director of Law or an attorney retained by the City until final termination of the proceedings, and Bureau officers or employees shall not be liable for costs in any such action. (Ord. 65-168. Passed 4-20-65.)
