1301.11 MINOR MODIFICATIONS.
The Chief of the Bureau shall have the authority, when there are practical difficulties of a minor nature in enforcing or requiring adherence to the provisions of any code, ordinance, rule or regulation within the jurisdiction of the Bureau, to vary or modify such requirement upon application by the person requesting the same. The application and the decision of the Chief, whether favorable or not, shall be in writing and shall be filed with the initial application relating to the matter. (Ord. 65-168. Passed 4-20-65.)
