1301.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which a penalty is not otherwise provided is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Penalties for violations of provisions of the code, ordinances and regulations under the jurisdiction of the Bureau shall be as established by such codes, ordinances and regulations.
