A. It is unlawful for any minor, not in the regular employ of any railroad company, to get upon freight or other cars in the city for the purpose of breaking or riding the same or for any other purpose except as a passenger coming or going from the station to the city.
B. It is unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen years to catch hold of any of the cars of any railroad company within the city while the same are in motion or to ride on the steps of such cars, hang on the rods or run along the sides of such cars when they are in motion, near enough to be in danger of being caught by the wheels thereof in case such child should fall or stumble.
