9.24.100   Allowing minors in certain establishments prohibited,
   A.   It is unlawful for the owner or operator of any establishment serving alcoholic beverages to permit any person under the age of twenty-one years to attend, work in, frequent or loiter in or about such premises unless such person is accompanied by his parent or guardian.
   B.   It is unlawful for the owner or operator of any pool room or billiard parlor open to the general public, or where membership is required, to permit any person under the age of eighteen years to attend, frequent or loiter in or about such premises unless such person is accompanied by his parent or guardian.
