9.24.152 Mandatory school attendance-Penalty for violation.

Parent(s) or legal guardian of school children who violate the ordinance codified in this chapter will be given a warning on the first violation, a fifty dollar fine on the second violation, and a one hundred dollar fine on each subsequent violation. (Ord. 396 (part), 1995)
