9.24.010   Definitions.
   "Minor" means a child or other person under eighteen years of age, unless specifically defined or designated otherwise.
   "Child" means a person under eighteen years of age, unless specifically defined or designated otherwise. For purposes of Sections 9.24.060 and 9.24.090, "minor" shall mean a person under twenty-one years of age.
   "Parent" means a natural or adoptive parent of a minor.
   "Guardian" means any person other than a parent who has legal guardianship of a minor.
   "Custodian" means any person over twenty-one years of age into whose custody the subject minor under the age of twenty-one years has been placed for a time by the court.
   "Public place" means any street, alley, highway, sidewalk, park, playground or place to which the general public has access and the right to resort for business, entertainment or other lawful purpose. A public place shall include but not be limited to any store, shop, restaurant, tavern, bowling alley, cafe, theater, drugstore, pool room, shopping center and any other place devoted to amusement or entertainment of the general public.
