Upon approval, Street Vendor/Peddler will be furnished a license containing the following information:
(a) The name of the individual licensed to be a Street Vendor/Peddler;
(b) The Company name, address and telephone number the Street Vendor/Peddler is representing;
(c) A current photo of the vendor/licensee;
(d) The date the license was issue;
(e) The date the license expires.
