EDITOR'S NOTE: Chapter 1420 was previously titled Building and City Engineer Department. Resolution 92-88, passed February 3, 1992, established the position of Superintendent of the Building Department. Resolution 07-54A, passed February 2, 2007, repealed Section 1420.01 and subsequently established the position of Manager of the Building and Engineering Department. References throughout these Codified Ordinances to the Building and City Engineer Department shall now be deemed to mean the Building Department, and references to the Superintendent of Building/City Engineer and Superintendent of the Building Department shall now be deemed to mean the Manager of the Building and Engineering Department aka the Manager.
Resolution 04-544, passed 10-4-04, approved the "City of Lincoln Park Guidelines for Development - Engineering Standards and Procedures Manual." Copies of such Resolution and of the Manuals may be obtained, at cost, from the City Clerk.
