There is hereby established in and for the City the position of Structural Inspector. Such position shall be at the pay schedule and shall receive the fringe benefits presently established for the classification of Housing Inspector, per the recommendation of the Superintendent of the Building Department. The specifications, qualifications and duties of the position of Structural Inspector shall be developed by the Director of Personnel and Purchasing and the Superintendent.
