1420.10 TITLE SEARCHES.

The Building Department is hereby authorized to obtain title searches from a recognized title company for properties which are the subject matter of the Hearing Board on Dangerous Buildings and Code Appeals, when appropriate, at a cost of seventy-five dollars ($75.00) each.
