§ 70.07 USE OF COASTERS, ROLLER SKATES AND SIMILAR DEVICES RESTRICTED.
   No person upon roller skates, or riding in, or by means of, any coaster, toy vehicle or similar device, shall go upon any roadway, unless it be while crossing a street at a crosswalk or intersection.

§ 70.08 UNLAWFUL RIDING.
   (A)   No person shall ride on any public conveyance or vehicle, or any portion thereof, not designed or intended for the use of passengers.
   (B)   This provision shall not apply to any employee engaged in the necessary discharge of a duty, or to persons riding within truck bodies in spaces intended for merchandise.

§ 70.09 PERSONS TO STAY INSIDE VEHICLE.
   No person, when riding, shall allow any part of his or her body to protrude beyond the limits of the vehicle in which he or she is riding, except to give such signals as are by law required, and no person shall hang on to any vehicle whatsoever.

§ 70.10 ENTERING, RIDING VEHICLES WITHOUT PERMISSION.
   No person shall enter, jump on or ride any automobile or other vehicle without the consent of the owner or driver.

§ 70.11 NOT MORE THAN THREE PERSONS PERMITTED IN FRONT SEAT.
   It shall be unlawful for the driver, or the person in charge, of any motor vehicle to permit more than three persons, including driver, to ride in the front or driver’s seat of a motor vehicle.

§ 70.12 BOARDING OR ALIGHTING FROM MOVING VEHICLES.
   No person shall board, or alight from, any public conveyance or other vehicle while such conveyance or vehicle is in motion.

§ 70.13 PLACING GLASS AND THE LIKE IN STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place upon any part of a public street, highway, land, road, street or alley any tacks, bottles, wire, glass, nails or any other articles which may damage or injure any person, vehicle or animal traveling along or upon such public street or way.

§ 70.14 MUFFLERS.
   (A)   Required. No person shall drive a motor vehicle on any street in the town unless such motor vehicle is equipped with a muffler in good working order and in constant operation to prevent excessive or unusual noise and annoying smoke.
   (B)   Cut-outs prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to use a “muffler cut-out” on any motor vehicle operated within the town.
