§ 70.18 CLINGING TO MOVING VEHICLES.

Any person riding upon any motorcycle, bicycle, coaster, sled, roller skates or any other toy vehicle shall not attach, the same or himself or herself to any public conveyance or moving vehicle upon any roadway.
