§ 70.12 BOARDING OR ALIGHTING FROM MOVING VEHICLES.
   No person shall board, or alight from, any public conveyance or other vehicle while such conveyance or vehicle is in motion.

§ 70.13 PLACING GLASS AND THE LIKE IN STREETS.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to place upon any part of a public street, highway, land, road, street or alley any tacks, bottles, wire, glass, nails or any other articles which may damage or injure any person, vehicle or animal traveling along or upon such public street or way.

§ 70.14 MUFFLERS.
   (A)   Required. No person shall drive a motor vehicle on any street in the town unless such motor vehicle is equipped with a muffler in good working order and in constant operation to prevent excessive or unusual noise and annoying smoke.
   (B)   Cut-outs prohibited. It shall be unlawful for any person to use a “muffler cut-out” on any motor vehicle operated within the town.

§ 70.15 RIDING MOTORCYCLES GENERALLY.
   A person operating or riding a motorcycle shall, at all times while so operating such vehicle, wear a “crash helmet” and ride only upon the permanent and regular seat attached thereto, and such operator shall not carry any other person, nor shall any other person ride on a motorcycle unless such motorcycle is equipped with a seat designed for two persons and has footrests for the operator and the passenger.
