§ 174.71 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purposes of this subchapter, a house trailer, mobile home, house car or similar type vehicle or structure and business trailer shall be defined as follows: house trailer or business trailer means any vehicle or structure so designed and constructed in such manner as will permit occupancy thereof as sleeping quarters for one or more persons, or any vehicle or structure so designed and constructed in such manner as will permit the conduct of any business or profession, occupation or trade, or use as a selling or advertising device and so designed that it is, or may be, mounted on wheels and used as a conveyance on highways at village streets propelled or drawn by its own power or other motive power.

§ 174.72 CONTINUING REQUIREMENT.
   The terms and conditions of this subchapter and any approved permit shall be a continuing requirement binding upon the applicant, his or her heir, administrators, executors, successors, tenants, and assigns. Upon transfer of possession and/or title of any regulated structure, the applicant shall have an affirmative duty to advise the transferee of the terms and conditions of this subchapter and the approved permit. Should any structure installed pursuant to an approved permit cease to conform with the terms and conditions of this subchapter, the Building and Trailer Committee or a law enforcement officer shall issue a written warning requiring the structure to be brought into conformity within ten days. If such structure is not in conformance within such time, the village may order the removal of the structure in addition to any other remedy under this or any other ordinance of the Village of Killbuck or law of the United States or State of Ohio.

§ 174.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 174.30 or 174.31 shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation continues or occurs.
   (B)   Whoever violates any provision of §§ 174.45 through 174.52 shall be fined not more than $150 for a first offense, and for each subsequent offense shall be fined not more than $250 or imprisoned not more than 30 days, or both.
   (C)   Any person who violated the terms of §§ 174.65 through 174.72 as above set forth shall be fined not more than $25 per day and not less than $5 per day for every day said person is in violation of §§ 174.65 through 174.72. It shall be deemed to be a violation under terms hereof when any person uses said house trailer, mobile home, house car, camp car or similar type vehicle or structure as above defined for occupancy without the permit from the Village of Killbuck as above provided. Each day said trailer is occupied shall be considered a separate violation.
